Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and achieve annual sales objectives within the assigned territory through effective demand creation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product listings, pricing negotiations, contracts, and sustained market access
  • Oversee key accounts by implementing strong account plans across government hospitals, institutions, and local health authorities
  • Execute organizational sales and promotional strategies to grow market share in both value and volume
  • Drive effective execution of product launch strategies and optimize sales call frequency using efficiency tools
  • Maintain deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including customer priorities, drivers, and decision-making processes
  • Manage sales terms, distribution channels, commercial policies, and monitor accounts receivables
  • Provide regular market intelligence to management on competition, policy changes, and key developments
  • Coordinate with SCM teams for inventory planning, supply alignment, and demand forecasting
  • Handle adverse event reporting and product complaint activities at the local level in compliance with corporate guidelines

Experience Required:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Government Business within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven experience managing institutional sales and government accounts
  • Strong exposure to tendering processes and government healthcare procurement

Education: Any Graduation
