Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor management, vendor payments and related MIS
  • Create delightful experience by being responsible for end to end administrative support to stores and office
  • Responsible for maintenance AMC, pest control, service & repair
  • Oversee and coordinate events
  • Travel management
  • Inventory management of supplies and assets
  • Manage HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure hygienic workplace and smooth operations
  • Responsible for Procurement, PO, GRN, Invoice processing.
  • Recommend cost saving options
  • Procuring/ renewal of admin related licenses and MIS
  • Audit workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards

  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
  • Strong customer focus and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Willing to travel within and outside Bangalore
