Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor management, vendor payments and related MIS
- Create delightful experience by being responsible for end to end administrative support to stores and office
- Responsible for maintenance AMC, pest control, service & repair
- Oversee and coordinate events
- Travel management
- Inventory management of supplies and assets
- Manage HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure hygienic workplace and smooth operations
- Responsible for Procurement, PO, GRN, Invoice processing.
- Recommend cost saving options
- Procuring/ renewal of admin related licenses and MIS
- Audit workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management
- Proficient in MS office
- Willing to travel within and outside Bangalore
