Your Role

As an Senior Executive - Food & Beverage at StayVista, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Kitchen Operations & F&B Executive to oversee kitchen planning, cost control, staff supervision, and guest experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge, business acumen, and a customer-first mindset to ensure smooth kitchen functioning and high-quality service delivery.

About You

  • Assist in menu planning in line with seasonal trends, customer preferences, and profitability goals
  • Manage inventory and supply control, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal wastage
  • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring adherence to budget and cost efficiency
  • Maintain accurate kitchen accounts and documentation
  • Conduct staff training and supervision to maintain service and hygiene standards
  • Handle guest interactions, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and quick resolution of concerns
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and procurement processes
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
  • Support and execute events and banquets, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery
  • Minimum 4 years (Hotels / Restaurants / Banquets)
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute.
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
