Job Overview
Drogo Drones Pvt. Ltd., a leading UAV manufacturing and drone technology company, is seeking a Senior Executive Finance to manage financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The candidate will support the company's growing operations across drone manufacturing, services, and technology projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to support management in financial decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor company financial performance and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and statutory compliance.
- Handle GST reconciliation and input credit management.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit.
- Maintain compliance with ROC filings and corporate financial regulations.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Assist management in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor project financials and cost control for drone manufacturing and operations.
- Conduct financial analysis for new projects, investments, and procurement.
Payroll & Vendor Management
- Process employee payroll and reimbursements.
- Manage vendor payments and financial documentation.
- Maintain proper records for purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
Banking & Cash Flow Management
- Handle bank reconciliations and fund management.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, guarantees, and financial facilities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, and Income Tax regulations.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.
- Understanding of financial reporting and compliance frameworks.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or technology companies.
- Knowledge of government project financial management and subsidies.
- Exposure to startup finance operations and cost optimization.
