Your Profile

• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards.
• Record and maintain daily journal entries and overall bookkeeping activities.
• Conduct monthly customer ageing analysis and highlight overdue receivables for action.
• Ensure timely and accurate booking of vendor invoices.
• Process vendor invoices, advance payments, and employee reimbursements within defined timelines.
• Maintain complete documentation, approvals, and audit trails for all payable transactions.
• Prepare monthly vendor ageing reports and coordinate with stakeholders for invoice resolution and closure.
• Perform GSTR-2A reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies with relevant parties.
• Support preparation of MIS reports to aid management in decision-making.

Your Checklist

• B.Com / M.Com graduate with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Strong understanding of financial management and accounting processes
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and perform under pressure
• Positive, pragmatic approach with strong problem-solving ability
