Role Overview

Location: India

Work Model: Full-time | Remote / Work From Home

Compensation: Up to 100,000 per month.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable finance professional to support the EU, UK and India finance operations. The role will focus on MIS support, intercompany reconciliations, month-end closing and operational reconciliations across inventory, courier partners and other balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide MIS support, including preparation and maintenance of country-wise schedules and reporting.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations across the Group and ensure timely identification and resolution of differences.
• Support month-end closing, including provisions, accruals and related accounting schedules.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile balances with courier partners and other operational partners.
• Maintain accurate supporting schedules and documentation for monthly reporting and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with country finance teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial information.
• Support the Finance team on ad hoc reporting and reconciliation requirements.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Additional professional qualification would be an advantage.

Experience

• 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Experience handling intercompany reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Exposure to inventory, logistics/courier or operational reconciliations is preferred.
• Experience supporting international entities or multi-country finance operations would be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in accounting and finance operations, particularly reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Good understanding of MIS reporting, accounting schedules and financial reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
• High attention to detail, ownership and ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
• Good communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate with teams across different countries and time zones.
