Responsibilities :
Responsible for documenting, implementing, and updating organizational Integrated HSEMS policy, process, and procedures.
Coordinate with various functions for the implementation of HSE policies
Conduct HSE training & awareness sessions
Responsible for monitoring and reporting HSE performance
Ensure periodic team meetings for review of incidents, progress on initiatives, and planning improvements.
Identify, monitor, and ensure adherence to compliance obligations related to HSE
Review and update management plans
Ensure incidents are captured, analyzed, and corrective actions are taken.
Assist during audits and follow up for implementation and closure of correction and corrective actions
Ensure effective root cause analysis of non-conformances and implementation of appropriate measures for mitigation. Role Requirement / Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering / equivalent degree
Thorough knowledge of the HSE policy and procedures
Minimum 1-4 years of relevant work experience
