Job Description:
- Responsible for documenting implementing and updating organizational Integrated HSEMS policy process and procedures
- Coordinate with various functions for the implementation of HSE policies
- Conduct HSE training awareness sessions
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting HSE performance
- Ensure periodic team meetings for review of incidents progress on initiatives and planning improvements
- Identify monitor and ensure adherence to compliance obligations related to HSE
- Review and update management plans
- Ensure incidents are captured analyzed and corrective actions are taken
- Assist during audits and follow up for implementation and closure of correction and corrective actions
- Ensure effective root cause analysis of non conformances and implementation of appropriate measures for mitigation
- Role Requirement Competencies
- Bachelor s degree in Environmental Engineering equivalent degree
- Thorough knowledge of the HSE policy and procedures
- Minimum 1 4 years of relevant work experience
