Job Description
Senior Executive-Engineering- Helps in demonstrating the operation in case of a new machine or a new pack-profile is implemented.
- To Supervise shift operation in plant maintenance.
- To execute Preventive maintenance plans of respective area, and complete related documentation as required by SOP.
- Identifying repeated breakdown and report and plan for corrective action along with engineering manager to avoid recurrence.
- To participate in qualification & requalification of plant machine/equipment and functional support for calibration activity
- To follow Good documentation practices and ensure compliance by workmen
- Impart on job training to the workmen for SOP and related functions.
- Compliance to Quality, safety and Regulatory requirements.
- Providing uninterrupted maintenance services to plant to achieve targeted production.
- Execution and ensure timely completion of various Preventive maintenance & Breakdown activities.
- To handover plant maintenance report status to relieving shift executive and respective engineering manager.
- To coordinate, extend support and report with utility shift executive/ manager for any maintenance require with respect to utility services if required
- To allocate jobs to workmen and supervise job quality and timely completion.
- To raise purchase requisition for spares and required material in consultation with engineering manager.
- To identify consumables and frequently used spare for each machine and plan in coordination with engineering manger for inventory of such spares.
- To mark the attendance of workmen and send the attendance/overtime report to HR & superiors.
- To keep the Breakdown to the minimum and contribute to maximize OEE of plant equipments and machinery.
- Issuance and Inventory of spares & consumables, RGP to be closed within time frame.
- No non-conformances on cGMP, regulatory or safety requirement.
- To restore power in case of MPEB power fails by standby DG sets. Qualifications:- BE / Diploma in Engineering with sound Technical background. Experience:- More than 1-7 years in Formulation.Full time
