Job Responsibility
- He is authorize to sign (as a doer):
- Engineering GMP documents
- Break down Maintenance Memo
- Preventive maintenance check list and history card
- Responsible for Break downs and maintenance of Parenteral Process equipment's.
- As per Preventive Maintenance schedule PM to be done and update the PM check list and History card.
- Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, Production)
- Handling of modification related activity.
- Project work related to up gradation of systems and equipment's.
- Handling of Modification related activity.
- Ensure GMP Documents are maintained as per SOP.
