Designation: Senior Executive - Employee Engagement & HR Operations

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional to join our People & Culture team, managing core HR functions such as onboarding, employee data, compliance, and lifecycle processes, while supporting employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design, plan, and execute the annual engagement calendarcovering celebrations, cultural events, recognition programs, wellness activities, and CSR initiatives.
- Lead the development and delivery of employee communication plans that reinforce company values, mission, and key initiatives.
- Foster a culture of recognition, inclusion, and collaboration through creative programs and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct employee pulse surveys, analyze insights, and work with leadership to implement actionable improvements.
- Serve as a culture ambassador, supporting leadership in promoting a positive, high-performance work environment.
HR Operations
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update accurate employee data and records within HR systems, ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, policy acknowledgments, and separation letters.
- Ensure smooth coordination with payroll, finance, and IT teams for timely processing of employee-related activities and issue resolution.
- Monitor and administer attendance, leave, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates.
- Partner with the global HR and business teams to deliver regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and metrics that drive data-based decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve automation, and enhance employee experience.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Own and manage key employee lifecycle data points, from onboarding to separation.
- Generate HR dashboards and analytics to monitor metrics such as attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.
- Collaborate with the global People teams to ensure alignment of local data and engagement initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Data Management, or Employee Engagement roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong conflict resolution and influencing abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in G-Suite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) or similar platforms; experience with HRMS tools preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable outcomes.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for people, process, and culture.
