Role & responsibilities
E-commerce Operations & Sales Strategy:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of e-commerce operations including inventory control, product catalog management, order processing, logistics coordination, and returns handling.
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies tailored to different platforms (brand website, third-party aggregators, marketplaces) to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
- Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, and conversion data; prepare reports to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure timely product listings with compelling content, accurate pricing, and high quality images to maximize customer engagement and sales.
Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility:
- Oversee and coordinate digital marketing efforts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.) to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging marketing campaigns and promotional offers aligned with seasonal trends and sales objectives.
- Monitor and respond to trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to continuously optimize content and marketing strategies.
- Manage ad spends and evaluate performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
Platform Management & Customer Experience:
- Manage brand presence and performance on all major e-commerce channels, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and customer service.
- Work with tech and support teams to enhance website usability, ensure smooth checkout processes, and maintain overall user satisfaction.
- Implement customer service protocols to ensure timely and effective resolution of queries, complaints, and post-sale support.
- Liaise with courier partners, aggregators, and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery tracking.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Analyze and interpret e-commerce KPIs (traffic, AOV, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.) and identify opportunities for growth.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform dashboards to derive insights and improve performance.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of online sales channels, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of social media ads, SEO, SEM, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM/e-commerce dashboards.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Preferably having sales experience in face to face customer interaction
- Experience in working with D2C (Direct to Consumer) brands, which gives the
