About the Role
At DeHaat, we are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing resource to manage and
optimize our paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
o Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook &
Instagram) and YouTube
o Execute end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, creatives, copy,
and tracking
o Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and performance
metrics
Budget Management
o Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently across platforms
o Track daily spends and ensure campaigns remain within budget while maximizing
returns
o Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns
Performance Tracking & Analytics
o Analyse campaign performance using relevant tools and dashboards
o Generate regular reports with actionable insights
o Identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization
Influencer & Agency Coordination
o Collaborate with influencer marketing agencies for campaign execution
o Track influencer performance and ensure alignment with campaign goals
Competitive Analysis
o Monitor competitor activities, campaigns, and messaging
o Benchmark performance and suggest strategic improvements
Cross-functional Collaboration
o Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, product, and sales)
o Ensure seamless execution and alignment across stakeholders
Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and YouTube Ads (Google Ads)
Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Experience working with influencer agencies is a plus
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixels, UTM tracking)
Basic understanding of creatives and ad copy performance
Proactive mindset with attention to detail
