Your Role
You will
own the entire digital lead funnel — from campaign execution to
conversion via WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
This is not just marketing — this is
revenue-driven, performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
✔ Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn campaigns
✔ Improve website conversion rate (CRO)
✔ Drive high-quality international leads
WhatsApp Automation & Conversion (CORE OWNERSHIP)
✔ Design WhatsApp API workflows, automation & response funnels
✔ Build instant response systems to reduce lead drop-offs
✔ Optimize conversation scripts for higher conversion
✔ Ensure zero lead leakage from inbound channels
Email Marketing (HIGH IMPACT AREA)
✔ Plan and execute structured email campaigns
✔ Create segmentation, automation & drip sequences
✔ Build follow-up systems aligned with sales funnel
✔ Optimize campaigns using performance data
CRM & Funnel Management
✔ Own Zoho CRM lead flow and pipeline tracking
✔ Integrate WhatsApp, website & email into one system
✔ Maintain clean, structured, conversion-focused pipeline
Reporting & Optimization
✔ Track campaign performance, ROI & funnel metrics
✔ Improve KPIs through data-driven decisions
✔ Generate weekly/monthly reports
