Job Description

Collaborate with various teams to identify and document detailed analytics requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Perform complex data analysis, identifying key trends and insights. Utilize advanced SQL and Excel skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources
Develop and maintain sophisticated, interactive dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools. Ensure that reports are insightful and actionable for business stakeholders.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Work closely with senior management to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of databases. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all data sources.
Mentor junior analysts and collaborate across teams to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
Apply knowledge of the finance domain to provide contextually relevant analyses. While specific finance domain experience is preferred, a strong business acumen and analytical mindset are essential.
Monitoring website KPIs (traffic, bounce rates, session durations, etc.). Understanding customer journeys across website and social platforms
Tracking performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, follower growth). Preparing weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific reports. Segmenting data for targeted insights (e.g., geographic, demographic)
Focused, dedicated and analytical bend of mindStrategic thinking and business acumenExpert-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, google sheet and data visualization tools (looker studio, Power BI, Tableua. Google Analytics (GA4, Universal Analytics)
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Youtube analytics
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data insights
