Role Summary
We are looking for a Corporate Senior Client Servicing Executive who can independently manage corporate clients end-to-endfrom requirement understanding and presentations to negotiation, budgeting, and execution coordination. The ideal candidate is smart, professional, numbers-driven, and experienced in corporate sales and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Handle corporate clients professionally and maintain long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and budgets clearly.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned corporate accounts.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between clients and internal teams.
2. Corporate Sales & Business Support
- Support corporate sales efforts through client meetings, follow-ups, and presentations.
- Participate in pitch meetings, proposals, and business discussions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects through strong negotiation and communication.
3. Presentation & Proposal Creation
- Create professional corporate presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Present ideas, concepts, and budgets confidently to clients.
- Customize presentations based on client needs and business objectives.
4. Budgeting, Costing & Numbers Handling
- Create and manage client budgets aligned with scope and expectations.
- Coordinate with costing/finance teams to ensure margin compliance.
- Use Excel effectively for budgeting, formulas, and financial tracking.
5. Meetings, Negotiation & Closures
- Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person).
- Negotiate commercials, scope, timelines, and deliverables professionally.
- Handle objections and ensure win-win outcomes.
6. Ethics, Professionalism & Compliance
- Maintain ethical business practices and confidentiality.
- Represent the company with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ensure realistic commitments aligned with internal teams.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong corporate client handling and negotiation abilities.
- Good numerical skills with Excel formula proficiency.
- Smart, structured, and professional approach.
Experience & Eligibility
- 34 years of experience in corporate client servicing or corporate sales.
- Experience in events, activations, hospitality, or B2B services preferred.
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
Salary Range
- 30,000 35,000 per month (based on experience & skill fit)
