At FYERS, your role is to make sure our brand sounds and feels consistent across every platform. We're looking for a creative professional who can uphold our brand voice, maintain content integrity, and transform scripts, carousels, and infographics from good to great.
About the role:
- We need a trader who is also a content-first marketer with a passion for building brands and distribution on YouTube with content scaling to IG as well.
- Must be aware of the work being done in the space and have a deep passion for scaling brands on YouTube.
- Ideate, write and create end to end content for FYERS House of Trading Youtube Channel.
- Run multiple IPs across the channel with a deep focus on the traders who are not new to the markets - audience experience levels starting at 2 years and above.
- Must be able to run and maintain a content calendar with a deep attention to detail and coordinate timelines across multiple internal and external teams to ensure uploads.
- Must have the proven ability to think of content formats and break them down into script structures, flow and pipeline.
- Must be able to think deeply with an expert grasp on domain while having the ability to explain in relatable and easy to understand formats and writing.
Requirements:
- CMT certification
- Active trader with deep knowledge of Indian financial markets, instruments, and platforms.
- A seasoned script writer with an understanding of hooks, angles, value bombs, power words and formats. Both long form and short form. Must have a portfolio to validate this.
- Ability to break complex topics down into bite sized, easy to understand, analogy and example driven videos.
- Understanding of video formats - and the ability and experience to be able to work and give feedback to an edit team.
- Strong communication skills - ability to nail hindi and english - Ideal candidate needs to think and write in Hinglish
- Must be able to simplify without dumbing down.
