Roles
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of end-to-end primary research processes including study design, questionnaire development, and survey execution.
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for business and brand strategy.
- Well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, with hands-on experience in real-time studies.
- Exposure to shopper research including different types of studies
- Proficient in developing and presenting topline summaries and insight decks tailored to different stakeholders.
- Effective communicator with clients and internal teams to align on research design and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Designing and executing custom research projects to address client needs, from objective framing to final reporting.
- Analyzing raw data and transforming it into clear, actionable insights.
- Coordinating with field teams, tech teams, and clients to ensure smooth data collection and timely delivery.
- Adapting research tools (e.g., surveys, trackers) to meet evolving project requirements.
- Supporting proposal development, costing, and project timelines.
- Translating client briefs into practical research design and helping interpret business implications from research findings.
Experience
- 12 years of relevant experience in market research, especially in CPG/FMCG sectors.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business/Marketing/Statistics/Economics or relevant field.
- Experience with data interpretation tools (Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with platforms like SPSS/Tableau is a plus).
