We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate - Client Servicing to join our advertising team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client
relationships, along with experience in managing and leading account teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout website project lifecycles.
- Gather and document client requirements including scope, functionalities, design preferences, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as UI/UX, development, QA, content, and project management to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and present project timelines, proposals, wireframes, and progress reports to clients.
- Manage communication, feedback cycles, change requests, and approvals effectively.
- Monitor project milestones to ensure timely delivery and adherence to scope and quality standards.
- Educate clients on web features, CMS usage, hosting environments, and post-launch processes when required.
- Identify potential risks, communicate proactively, and ensure resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
Skills & Requirements
- 14 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordinationpreferably within web, digital, or tech environments.
- Basic understanding of website development processes, UI/UX, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), and web technologies is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
