Role Description The Senior Executive Client Servicing role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai. This role focuses on managing key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that project requirements and expectations are clearly understood and delivered. Responsibilities include coordinating with design and technical teams, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking project progress, and addressing client queries in a timely and professional manner. The Senior Executive will monitor client satisfaction, support post-delivery follow-up, and identify opportunities for additional services or project expansion. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supporting basic financial tracking related to client projects, and contributing to continuous improvement in client servicing processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with experience managing multiple client relationships and projects.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of building trust and long-term client partnerships.
• Basic understanding of Finance related to project costing, billing, and account coordination.
• Previous experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in design, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across office and remote settings.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office and collaboration software.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, design, or a related discipline is preferred.
