Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Client Servicing (Corporate Reports) who is passionate about corporate communication, annual reports, and investor relation oriented projects.

This is not a digital or social media servicing role — it's for professionals experienced in managing corporate report projects from brief to delivery, ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end client communication for Corporate Reports, Annual Reports, and ESG/Sustainability Reports
• Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports
• Understand corporate branding, business communication tone, and disclosure norms
• Develop project timelines, briefs, and review processes with clients
• Liaise with clients Corporate Communication, Investor Relations, and Marketing teams
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and design excellence in all client deliverables
• Coordinate with printers, proofreaders, and production teams when required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience exclusively in Corporate / Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports, or Corporate Communications

Strong understanding of financial communication, design layouts, and content flow

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple corporate clients and deadlines

Exposure to creative agencies, design studios, or report-specialized firms preferred

Educational Qualification

Preferred degree in:

• MBA (Marketing / Communication / Finance)
• Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce, Accounting, or Economics
• Marketing / Advertising / Public Relations
• English Literature / Business Communication
• Design Management / Fine Arts (with communication focus)
