Role Description:

As a Senior Executive in Client Servicing, you'll play a key role in building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving successful event delivery. You will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination from strategy to execution.

Role & responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Acquire new clients and build long-term relationships by understanding their needs and delivering outstanding service.
• Strategic Planning & Ideation: Develop event strategies and creative solutions based on client objectives, market trends, and budgets.
• Event Management & Execution: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from logistics to on-site coordination, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event debriefs with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Event Management.
• Proven experience in client servicing, corporate events, or brand activations.
