Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Executive Client Servicing with an agency background, based in Gurugram. The Person will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, collaborate with creative teams for campaign development, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. The role also involves strategy development, budget management, and performance tracking to meet client goals and expectations.
Experience
Candidate should be 2 to 3 year Experience
Qualifications
- Manage End to end Servicing & Relationship requirements of the clients being handled.
- Get a detailed insight of the client structure, strategies, products and marketing plans
- Understand the complete retainerand non retainercontract terms of trade and scope of
- Manage and supervise social and digital presence, including execution, online response management, and maintenance of online media properties.
- Be the face of MRJ for the clients and address all the requirements, client may have the basis the retainer or non retainer contract signed.
- Ensure timely delivers to the services agreed with the client
- Understand and download the client brief clearly follow up for the changes and updations if any
- Coordinate with the creative team and other support teams within the organization to get the required quality output for the client on time
- Follow Up the client road map calendar and take approvals in advance to kick off the activities.
- Ensure weekly and monthly reviews with the internal team as well as the client to track the progress
- Weekly / Monthly performance updates to the client and the MRJ stakeholders
