We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional to strengthen the Century Ply Brand team's social and digital execution capability. The candidate will work across all four LOBs with a focus on social media, ORM, and influencer coordination support.
Position Details
Title: Senior Executive — Digital Marketing
Grade: Senior Executive
Reporting to: Brand Manager
CTC Range: Up to 5.83 LPA
Experience: 1–3 years in digital/social media marketing
Location: HO
Key Responsibilities
- Own social media and ORM— briefing, review cycles, approvals, and performance tracking
- Support senior team members on digital coordination for product lines
- Manage day-to-day relationships with digital agency partners
- Build and maintain product-wise agency briefing documents
- Coordinate influencer campaign execution under senior direction
- Mentor and guide junior team members on ORM processes
- Track digital performance metrics and compile monthly reports
- Cross-support across all product lines during peak campaign periods
Candidate Profile
Hands-on, execution-focused, data-aware, and team-oriented professional with strong discipline and SLA adherence.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: MBA in Marketing / Digital Media / Mass Communication preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in social media management, digital marketing, or agency roles
Must-have: Social media management, ORM, agency briefing, performance tracking
Good to have: Influencer coordination, content calendar management
Temperament: Process-driven, proactive, disciplined, strong follow-through
