Role:
Recruiters will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring candidates for mid-senior, lateral, and leadership-level positions across various departments. You will collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality candidates that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and lateral roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify and engage top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and define effective hiring strategies.
- Conduct extensive CV screening, initial telephonic discussions, and detailed MS Teams/video interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, including scheduling, panel alignment, and stakeholder communication.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and database to support current and future hiring needs.
- Handle offer management and negotiations, including salary discussions, offer rollout, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to provide strategic inputs to leadership.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements.
- Take ownership of recruitment projects independently, including setting up calibration calls with stakeholders before initiating sourcing for any requirement.
- Drive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, feedback sharing, and smooth interview coordination.
- Ensure successful onboarding and joining of candidates, tracking drop-offs, and managing closures effectively.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and policies, maintaining proper documentation and integrity for audit readiness.
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing critical roles and ensuring timely closures.
- Support and contribute to new hiring initiatives, process improvements, and recruitment projects.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
