Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive - Billing to join our finance team
The Senior Executive - Billing will be responsible for managing and overseeing the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining effective communication with clients
They will play a key role in optimizing revenue collection, resolving billing discrepancies, and improving billing systems and processes
Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end billing process, including generating and distributing invoices, credit notes, and statements to clients
Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information, including rates, quantities, discounts, and applicable taxes
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to gather necessary billing data and resolve billing-related issues
Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies or errors before issuing invoices
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, promptly addressing payment delays, and initiating collection activities when necessary
Coordinate with clients to address billing inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide clarification on billing details and terms
Maintain up-to-date and organized billing records, including proper documentation of billing adjustments, credit memos, and payment reconciliations
Generate regular reports on billing activities, aging analysis, and revenue collection for management review
Stay updated on billing regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize billing processes
