Job Description

Position/Role Overview:

As a Senior Executive in Business Development and Sales within the mental health domain, you will provide essential support to the senior management in all pre-sales activities, driving business growth and expanding our market presence. You will assist in implementing strategic initiatives, nurturing client relationships and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the mental health landscape, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding Client Needs:

The pre-sales process begins with understanding the specific needs of mental health professionals or organisations. This involves conducting thorough research into their existing processes, challenges and desired outcomes.

Support Business Development Strategies:

Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the mental health sector. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends.

Sales Support and Coordination:

Provide support in all stages of the sales process, including cold calling for new prospects identified via research, social media or external sources,lead generation, prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Support the cultivation and maintenance of client relationships. Assist in understanding client needs, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and preparing reports for senior management. Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials. Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand visibility and market penetration.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with organizational goals and objectives.

Administrative Tasks:

Perform administrative tasks related to business development and sales activities, including maintaining CRM databases, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing sales documentation.

Role Requirements

Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.

Years of Experience - 3+ years of exp in business development and sales roles (preferably within the mental health domain)

Industry Background - Mental Health (preferred)

Technical Expertise - Numerical Skills & Tech Savvy (MS Office, CRM, Social Media platforms)
