Understanding of WC Claims life cycle, WC coverages, State regulations & requirements
Ability to produce high quality outcomes in a highly productive environment
Adhere to all pathways and guidelines and state regulatory requirements
Ability to make sound judgment based on available information
Ability to accurately calculate and process employee wages based on hourly rates, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and commissions
Ensure timely payment of benefits and indemnity, including temporary total disability (TTD), temporary partial disability (TPD), Permanent Total Disability (PTD) and permanent partial disability (PPD) (where applicable)
