Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Procurement)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Procurement) at Flipspaces. The responsibilities include managing procurement activities, vendor negotiations, sourcing materials, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies. The role requires monitoring inventory, maintaining vendor relationships, and streamlining procurement processes to optimize costs while adhering to quality standards. Additional tasks include conducting market research to evaluate supplier offerings and supporting project teams to meet their material requirements efficiently.

• Strong knowledge in procurement processes, vendor management, and sourcing strategies
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to maintain effective supplier relationships
• Proficiency in data analysis, inventory management, and cost control
• Familiarity with contract management and compliance standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in procurement, ideally in the interior design, construction, or contracting industries
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools is preferred
