We are seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager with 4-9 years of experience in Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Prepare financial reports and presentations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Participate in audits and other financial reviews

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 4-9 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
