We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the finance sector, with a strong background in financial analysis, financial reporting, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Conducting financial analysis and forecasting
• Developing financial models and projections
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to develop budgets and financial plans
• Managing financial transactions and records
• Providing financial advice to management
• Assisting with financial audits and reviews
• Managing and supervising finance team members

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Familiarity with accounting and tax regulations
• Experience with financial software and systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and supervise team members
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA is preferred
