Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the incentive payout for internal employees on monthly basis with 100% accuracy.
  • Provide provision on monthly basis and work on adhoc simulations.
  • Design Incentive structure and maintain tracker for incentive policies.
  • Identify the opportunities to optimize the cost
  • Evaluation of Sales, Collection , operations contest proposal
  • Analysis the metrics of incentive and interact with stakeholders to drive the levers
  • Automation of reports in BI /Excel
  • Manage preparation of various ad-hoc requests received from Senior Management, key business partners, or other corporate areas
  • Assist in creating FP&A reporting metrics to support budgeting process
  • Monitor and deliver on agreed service level metrics
