Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design, planning, and execution of residential and/or commercial real estate projects in Mumbai. The role involves coordination with senior architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in planning and architectural designing for residential / commercial projects

Supporting project execution through regular site visits and design clarifications

Supporting submissions to local authorities (BMC, MHADA, MMRDA, etc.)

Working knowledge of DCPR 2034 and ensuring design compliance

Assisting senior architects in authority submissions and approvals

Preparing layout plans, working drawings, and as-built drawings

Coordination with consultants, liaison teams, and site engineers

Assisting in site visits, inspections, and execution coordination

Preparing and coordinating drawings for AutoDCR submission

Coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants

Maintaining drawing records and revisions appropriately

Supporting senior architects in project documentation

Preparing working drawings and revisions as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

3 to 5years of experience in real estate or architectural firms

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

Working knowledge of Sketch Up, Revit, or similar tools preferred

Basic understanding of Mumbai DCPR and approval processes

Good coordination and communication skills

Willingness to travel to sites across Mumbai

Experience with residential or mixed-use developments

Exposure to liaising with authorities and consultants

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
