Position Summary
As an Executive Accounts Receivable, you will play a key role in supporting the company's receivables function, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and effective communication with customers. You will work closely with the AR Manager and other departments to support the smooth execution of billing and collections processes while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing & Documentation: Assist in the preparation and issuance of accurate customer invoices and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
- Exposure to working across multiple business formats including EBO, General Trade, and E-Commerce (B2B & B2C) is must
- Payment Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding receivables.
- Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment-related issues.
- Reporting: Maintain updated records of customer payments, outstanding balances, and generate AR aging reports as required.
- Data Entry & Reconciliation: Record payment receipts, perform reconciliations, and ensure financial records are up to date and accurate.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account status.
- Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all receivable activities follow internal controls and company policies.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the sales, finance, and customer service teams to streamline billing and collection activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance function, preferably in the beauty, retail, or consumer goods industry.
- Exposure to working across multiple business formats including EBO, General Trade, and E-Commerce (B2B & B2C).
- Strong understanding of billing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
Working Conditions
- Environment: Office setting
- Full-time position, Monday to Saturday
