Proven track record in affiliate acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management.
Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, and CPI models.
Hands-on experience with affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic sources.
Excellent convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills to onboard and engage affiliates.
Strong sales personality with the ability to build rapport and drive business growth.
Deep affiliate and performance marketing knowledge with awareness of current industry trends.
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work on targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
Analytical thinking ability to assess affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
