  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in affiliate acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, and CPI models.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic sources.
  • Excellent convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills to onboard and engage affiliates.
  • Strong sales personality with the ability to build rapport and drive business growth.
  • Deep affiliate and performance marketing knowledge with awareness of current industry trends.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work on targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Analytical thinking ability to assess affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard quality affiliates across focused verticals to expand the network.
  • Affiliate Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliates to ensure engagement, retention, and consistent performance.
  • Revenue & Performance Growth Drive affiliates toward achieving monthly revenue, traffic, and lead generation targets, aligned with business KPIs.
  • Campaign & Quality Optimization Monitor affiliate performance, ensure quality of leads/traffic, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting Track industry trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights with regular performance reports
