Dreamcrest Studios is expanding its event and experiential division. We are seeking a Senior Event Manager who can independently lead large-scale brand experiences, corporate launches, and high-visibility productions with strategic oversight and operational excellence.

This role requires leadership, ownership, and executional precision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events and brand activations

Develop project timelines, budgets, and execution frameworks

Manage vendor partnerships and negotiate commercial terms

Coordinate with internal creative, production, and marketing teams

Oversee on-ground operations and ensure seamless delivery

Maintain client communication and post-event performance reporting

Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in event management

Proven track record of handling large-scale corporate or brand events

Strong budgeting and vendor management capabilities

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to manage high-pressure situations with structured decision-making

Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore
