Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute brand activations, exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, and internal engagements • Manage end-to-end event execution, including conceptualization, planning, logistics, and post-event analysis
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, HR) to align event objectives with business goals • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors, agencies, and partners
• Negotiate contracts and manage event budgets effectively
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all event materials and experiences
• Oversee on-ground execution to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution
• Track event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports
• Manage timelines and multiple events simultaneously Required Skills & Competencies
