Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Estimator to join our team. The Senior Estimator will manage complete rebar estimation processes for a variety of projects, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Responsibilities include analyzing blueprints and project documents, preparing rebar estimates. The role also involves close communication with clients to meet their project objectives and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience with rebar estimation, blueprint analysis, and project documentation review
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor requirements
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools relevant to the construction and field services industries
- Excellent communication and client management skills with the ability to provide clear and effective cost assessments
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and skills in financial analysis
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting
- Previous experience with blue beam, plansift, AI-based takeoff platforms like Beam AI or similar is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
