This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimation Engineer, located in Pune. The Senior Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting detailed project estimations, and collaborating effectively with various project teams. The role involves preparing cost analysis, performing research for market prices and trends, and assisting in managing project budgets. The engineer will also play a key role in negotiation processes to ensure project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Expertise in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation
• Solid background in Civil Engineering with a focus on construction and project planning
• Strong aptitude for Negotiation and effective client communication
• Proficiency in conducting detailed Research and analysis related to project costs and materials
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and manage project deliverables within deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate or construction projects is preferred
