Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior ERPNext Functional Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end ERPNext implementations, managing client engagements, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation across multiple modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct GAP analysis, and prepare detailed documentation
- Configure ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Buying & Selling, CRM, HR & Payroll, Manufacturing, and Stock & Assets
- Design and implement custom workflows, dashboards, and reports
- Manage data migration, UAT, and go-live processes
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide L2/L3 functional support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience as an ERPNext Functional Consultant
- Strong functional knowledge of: Accounting (including GST), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and CRM processes
- Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle (Requirement → Go-live → Support).
- Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in data import, report building, and user role management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Frappe Framework.
- Basic knowledge of SQL / Report Builder.
- Experience with manufacturing or enterprise clients.
- Exposure to handling multiple projects or team mentoring.
