Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the field of solar structures and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the solar industry, particularly in collaborating with EPCs companies. This role involves developing strategies to penetrate the market, and fostering key partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and increase profitability.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with solar EPCs companies.
  • Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and customer segments.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for the executive team.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dealing with EPCs companies.
  • Strong understanding of solar structures, accessories, and related fabrication processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
