Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Enterprise Architect, located in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will oversee and design enterprise-wide technical, application, business, and solution architectures. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals, defining strategic architecture frameworks, and providing technical leadership to ensure alignment of IT solutions with organizational objectives. Additionally, you will guide teams in implementing scalable and efficient solutions, while identifying future-state architecture opportunities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Architecture and the ability to align IT investments with business strategies for Insurance domain clients
- Proficiency in Technical Architecture and Application Architecture for designing and integrating complex IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies to streamline organizational processes.
- Experience in Solution Architecture for developing scalable, secure, and effective solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Exposure to AWS environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) are a plus.
- TOGAF certification is must
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI/ML and cloud platforms, is highly desirable.
