What You Will Be Doing

  • Expand and manage client relationships, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities, secure contracts, and build strong partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client needs and expectations.
  • Lead client discussions, negotiate deals, and maximize revenue potential.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior executives, especially in HR and Talent Management.
  • Proactively engage clients to identify and act on opportunities to meet business needs.
  • Advise clients on talent management and business growth strategies.
  • Continuously raise performance standards to drive excellence in client service

  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
