Requirements
- Lead multiple engineering teams through Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior engineers
- Drive engineering strategy, execution excellence, and scalable product delivery
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Security, and business stakeholders
- Guide architectural decisions across distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native platforms
- Establish engineering best practices for quality, reliability, observability, and security
- Improve delivery predictability, engineering productivity, and operational performance
- Oversee roadmap execution, risk management, and cross-functional programme delivery
- Drive automation across infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and platform operations
- Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, succession planning, and leadership development
- Champion customer-centric thinking, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
