Engineering Leadership

• Lead engineering across product, platform, integrations, data, and AI initiatives
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams
• Establish strong engineering culture, delivery excellence, and quality standards
• Drive hiring, performance management, and leadership development
  
  

Product & Platform Ownership

• Partner closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Business teams
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical product and platform initiatives
• Drive architectural decisions for scalable, secure, cloud-native systems
• Champion API-first and platform-first engineering practices
  
  

Technical Leadership

• Act as a player-coach, contributing to architecture, design reviews, and critical development initiatives
• Provide technical guidance and unblock complex engineering challenges
• Drive engineering excellence through modern software development practices
  
  

AI & Innovation

• Lead adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities
• Build AI-powered workflows, recommendation engines, conversational experiences, and operational tools
• Implement robust AI governance, observability, and performance standards
• Evaluate emerging technologies to drive product differentiation
  
  

Scalability & Reliability

• Scale systems supporting millions of users and growing transaction volumes
• Improve platform performance, resilience, monitoring, security, and compliance
• Build highly available and reliable distributed systems
