Engineering Leadership
- Drive engineering planning, execution, and timely delivery of product releases.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, development processes, and quality benchmarks.

- Technical Leadership

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of software engineering experience.
- 2–4 years of experience leading engineering teams or managing technical projects.

Backend
Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java.
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.
Frontend
Strong experience with React.js.
Experience with Next.js and TypeScript is preferred.
Good understanding of modern frontend architecture and performance optimization.
AI & GenAI
