Job Description

Role Purpose:

We are looking for proactive engineering managers with 12+ years of engineering experience and proven leadership skills. Engineering managers are expected to work on many projects at the same time, build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers.

The responsibilities we entrust you

  1. Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
  2. Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel
  3. Should have experience working in fintech industry.
  4. Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.
  5. Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste.
  6. Secures the resources needed for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investments

Whar matters in this role:

Experience & Portfolio:

  1. Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes
  2. Personnel and project management skills, Strategic Management.
  3. Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously

Technical skills & efficiency:

  1. 12+ years of experience & 3-5 years as an Engineering Manager
  2. Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Desing, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD
  3. Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders

Communication & Ownership:

  1. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  2. Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Location: Sector 62, Noida
