This role is perfect for an engineering leader who enjoys solving complex problems, driving technical direction, and helping talented engineers grow into future leaders. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment where impact is visible and culture matters, you'll feel right at home here.

- Help engineers grow, whether that means improving their craft or taking on bigger leadership roles.
- Drive accountability and create an environment where people take pride in what they build.
Deliver Great Engineering Outcomes
- Be hands-on when it matters, reviewing designs, setting architectural direction, or jumping in to solve tough problems.
- Ensure features ship on time and at high quality, with a focus on performance and player experience.
- Identify bottlenecks in systems and processes, and find ways to remove them.
- Keep our systems fast, reliable, and ready to handle millions of concurrent players.
- Balance short-term wins with long-term stability, modernization, and scalability.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with Product, Design, Art, and QA to build features players will love.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, set expectations, share progress, and align on priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical ideas and concepts.
- Build trust across teams and ensure engineering goals tie back to the bigger company vision.

- Strong background in backend systems (Golang / Java) and familiarity with Unity / C++ / Cocos.
- Experience scaling real-time, distributed systems that support large user bases.
- Startup experience is a plus, shown ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Deep understanding of system design, performance, and reliability.
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A genuine love for games, communities, and creating experiences players care about.
