Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide a team of highly motivated engineers.
- You foster a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability through passion and commitment to work.
- Conduct regular 1:1s with your team.
- Managing end-to-end product development and delivery for the Rewards and Promotions team.
- Owning the technical architecture and leading the engineering decisions for the product.
- Collaborating with designers, developers, growth managers, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment.
- Leading a team of engineers, mentoring them, and motivating them to solve complex problems.
- Be both a highly technical manager and an effective people manager.
- Communicate cross-functionally and drive engineering efforts.
- Own metrics for the team, like p95 p99 outages, etc.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ Years.
- Should have demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management.
- You are result-oriented and have an impact-driven mindset.
- You are biased toward action, have a can-do attitude, and believe in leading by example.
- You can adapt to rapid growth and a fast-growing/changing business environment.
