Job Description

About this Position The Senior Engineer Water & Civil OPEX will serve as the technical lead for highvalue opportunities involving water and civil infrastructure rehabilitation. The role encompasses solution design, proposal development, customer interface, and technical advisory support for pipeline repair and rehabilitation using advanced materials such as fiberreinforced polymers and geopolymers. This position requires strong engineering expertise, the ability to work independently, and the capability to represent the company at industry platforms to enhance market presence.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the technical lead and primary customer interface for highvalue opportunities, including solution design and proposal development.
  • Provide engineering calculations and detailed designs for specific project applicationsprimarily water and sewer gravity/pressure pipeline repair and rehabilitation.
  • Develop a strong understanding of fiberreinforced polymers, geopolymers, and other relevant products, and communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop optimal solutions for customer needs and identify opportunities for new products based on customer challenges.
  • Deliver technical presentations and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with asset owners, engineering firms, and contractors.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar technical engineering role.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or mechanical engineering -Structural Engineering is a plus
  • Understanding of material chemistries (e.g., cementitious products, epoxy, polyurethane) and their structural applications is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and apply various construction codes and design standards.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings.
  • Highly responsive with strong communication and presentation skills; experienced in presenting at conferences and trade shows.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong desire for continuous learning.
